Welcome to the Marching Lion Pride, Unofficial website of the New Brighton Bands.

You have found the right place to find where and when the next performance or event for the band is. This is promising to be an exciting season this year. There are going to be several new surprises this year when the Marching Lion Pride make their seasonal debut. Come out, sit back, relax, and enjoy the all new, exciting, anxiously awaited and much anticipated MARCHING LION PRIDE, coming soon, live, to a stadium (or parade) near you (Beaver County, PA and surrounding counties).

Our goal is for you to develop a lifelong appreciation of the performing arts.  We want every member to become the most proficient performer that he or she is capable of being.  We hope to instill a sense of pride, self-discipline, motivation, and a drive of excellence not only in music, but also in our everyday lives. We want our students to be the best they can be in sharing their talents towards a common goal.

Next NBBP Meeting

June 30, 2009

Place: HS Band /Chorus Room

Time: Exec Meeting 6:30 PM
             General Meeting 7:00 PM

Agenda: Planning for upcoming events including Band Camp(s), Fundraisers, etc.

This is the opportunity for band parents to get involved to help make the band the best they can for the better of our kids.

If the parents are a Pittsburgh Steeler fan and want to help your child(ren) out, you will not want to miss this meeting. Full details at the meeting.
