Band Parent Organization
 


Every parent / guardian of a Band member (Instrumentalist, Lionette, Manager, Jazz Ensemble, Extra-Curricular, Honor Guard) is automatically a member of the Band Parents Organization. This group exists to support our students in a variety of ways. SUCCESS IS HIGHLY DEPENDENT UPON ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP! Every little bit of time you can volunteer as parents is helpful.

Meetings are held on a regular bases - THE FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 7:00PM IN THE HIGH SCHOOL CHORUS OR BAND ROOM.

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings. You will see what the organization is about, what we are planning for the band, and lend support to the band. Copies of the Band Parents' Bi-Laws are available for all members. They contain detailed information regarding policies and activities of the Band Parents Organization.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS UP-TO-DATE!! Throughout the school year, letters and packets of information will be mailed to you or phone calls may need to be made. It is extremely important that we have your contact information correct. If you move or change your phone number during the school year, please contact the band director via email or telephone so we have your correct contact.
